Looperloader provides digital workflow support, including task sequencing, performance tracking, and automation of routine processes. The service is delivered as a structured system accessed through a web interface. Specific features and capabilities are described in the service documentation provided upon subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any usage limits or restrictions communicated to you. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exceed the intended scope of the service.
All content, software, and materials provided as part of the service are owned by Looperloader or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business operations. No other rights are implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Looperloader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these terms at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and you must stop using all materials provided. Sections 3, 4, and 6 shall survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service interface. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Looperloader is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
